Senior Solution Architect

About the role

Synpulse is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of end‑to‑end technology solutions for its financial‑services clients. The role sits at the intersection of business strategy, technology, and engineering, requiring both high‑level vision and hands‑on implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive architectural vision for enterprise‑grade systems in banking, wealth or insurance domains.
• Guide cross‑functional engineering squads, ensuring adherence to strong architectural principles.
• Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering technical excellence.
• Deliver fixed‑price or outcome‑based projects, balancing scope, quality and timelines.
• Bridge communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Required profile

• 8+ years of software engineering or solution architecture experience, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior architect role.
• Proven track record delivering solutions for regulated financial institutions.
• Deep understanding of cloud‑native, multi‑cloud and hybrid‑cloud strategies.
• Strong background in data engineering, AI/ML integration and modern technology stacks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• Kubernetes, containerization, service mesh, serverless.
• Event‑driven architectures, microservices, APIs, DevSecOps.
• Data pipelines, data lakes/warehouses, streaming platforms.
• AI/ML model deployment in production.
• Architectural modeling tools such as C4Model, PlantUML, Structurizr or ArchiMate.
