Senior Academy Programme Manager

About the role

Bloomreach is seeking a Senior Academy Programme Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of Academy programmes. You will focus on shaping the Learner Experience, ensuring that every interaction with Bloomreach Academy feels intuitive, engaging and valuable.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage Academy programmes from concept through execution and evaluation.
• Develop and optimise learner journeys, content discoverability, UX, personalisation and engagement strategies.
• Collaborate closely with the Senior Programme Manager (Systems Architecture), the Content team and other internal stakeholders.
• Translate data insights and learner feedback into actionable improvements that enhance the learning experience.
• Support all operational aspects of Bloomreach Academy while deepening expertise in Learner Experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience in programme management, preferably within an education or training context.
• Senior‑level professional capable of working autonomously and driving results.
• Strong collaborative mindset to partner with cross‑functional teams.
