Security Coordinator – Slovakia (29 stores)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Security Coordinator to oversee security, compliance and audit programmes across 29 stores in Slovakia. This hands‑on, operational role ensures that each store follows established safety standards, loss‑prevention measures and compliance processes.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and monitor security compliance programmes across stores and the Sales Market.
• Plan and conduct store audits in line with Green Security Standards, reporting results and deviations.
• Drive security requirements and action plans with store and area teams, ensuring timely follow‑up.
• Support store managers during Yearly Stock Take, providing on‑site assistance and troubleshooting.
• Contribute to loss‑prevention initiatives and assist investigations related to fraud and compliance incidents.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in security operations, compliance, retail security or a similar operational role.
• Understanding of store operations, security standards and audit processes.
• Experience supporting audits, monitoring requirements and follow‑up actions.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Detail‑oriented, structured, reliable and comfortable working hands‑on in stores.
