Security Awareness Process Specialist (Hybrid)

About the role

Join Swiss Re’s Group Security & Technology Platforms team as a Security Awareness Process Specialist. Working in a hybrid setup, you will help shape and deliver the company’s information security and risk awareness programme, ensuring employees understand how to stay safe in the digital world.

Key responsibilities

• Support the design and continuous improvement of the security & risk awareness programme.
• Coordinate, prepare and launch awareness campaigns, trainings and related activities in partnership with other departments.
• Develop an annual communication plan for security topics and manage the rollout of posts and promotions.
• Execute the Phishing Awareness programme, analyse results and publish findings.
• Update and review security trainings regularly, working with subject‑matter experts.
• Communicate targeted security trainings for specific staff groups and evolve the training catalogue with business owners.
• Monitor key metrics and produce regular reports on awareness initiatives.
• Provide ad‑hoc operational support to the team.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in cyber security or a related field.
• Strong passion for building a security‑first culture.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills, preferably with an information‑security background.
• Curiosity, a continuous‑improvement mindset and the ability to innovate daily.
