About the role
You will act as a specialist partner for our customers, mainly developers, architects and general contractors, helping to improve people transport in modern buildings.
Key responsibilities
- Design optimal solutions together with developers, architects and co‑owners.
- Participate in the modernization of commercial buildings such as hotels, offices and shopping centres.
- Review contracts, draft contractual terms and incorporate commercial and payment conditions.
- Negotiate with general contractors.
- Manage the sales process from initiation to closure.
- Collaborate with the technical department to create customer‑specific proposals.
- Identify new business opportunities and pursue continuous professional growth.
