Sales Representative – Remote (Slovakia)

About the role

Join Macmillan Education, a leading brand of Springer Nature, as a Sales Representative. Working fully remotely from Slovakia, you will promote the Macmillan ELT publishing list, build relationships with schools and distribution partners, and drive sales growth across your territory.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and report on a comprehensive programme of visits to schools and distribution partners throughout Slovakia.
• Maintain post‑sales contact with existing clients, providing support and gathering feedback.
• Organise, attend and report on exhibitions, seminars and conferences in the region.
• Deliver seminars personally when appropriate.
• Provide market feedback based on visits and contacts.
• Keep the customer database up‑to‑date and accurate.
• Assist marketing and publishing projects as requested by the supervisor.
• Handle queries and correspondence from educational institutions and teachers.
• Support any additional promotional activities required by supervisors.

Required profile

• Fluency in English (C1) and Slovak.
• Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Reliability in meeting deadlines and capacity to work independently.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel extensively within Slovakia.
• Degree in Education, Languages or a related field is a plus.
• Experience in English Language Teaching (ELT), publishing, education sector or sales is desirable.
