Project Manager – Construction & Fit‑Out

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction, refurbishment and fit‑out projects for office, commercial and industrial clients in Slovakia. You will act as the trusted advisor to occupiers, investors and landlords, overseeing the full project lifecycle from concept to handover.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage fit‑out, refurbishment and development projects across office, commercial and industrial sectors.
• Serve as the primary client representative throughout feasibility, design, procurement, construction, handover and close‑out phases.
• Control project programmes, budgets, procurement processes, quality standards and delivery risks.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, landlords, authorities and internal project teams.
• Ensure delivery aligns with client objectives, sustainability requirements and Slovak regulations.
• Drive collaboration across multidisciplinary teams to achieve successful outcomes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes, methodologies and service delivery.
• Support business development activities and nurture long‑term client relationships.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in real estate, construction, consulting or a related field.
• Proven track record managing commercial fit‑out, refurbishment or development projects from inception to completion.
• University degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management or a related technical discipline.
• Strong knowledge of Slovak construction regulations, procurement procedures and industry standards.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Fluent Slovak and English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive, organised and solution‑oriented approach.
