People Analytics Specialist – Employee Surveys & Data

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented People Analytics Specialist to join our Human Capital / People Analytics team. The role focuses on employee surveys, analytics reporting, and data enablement, supporting both recurring and ad‑hoc HR data needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end employee survey delivery, including setup, testing, launch, monitoring, reporting and presentation preparation.
• Maintain and enhance recurring people‑analytics outputs, Power BI dashboards, dataflows and reporting files using Alteryx, Excel and Power BI.
• Identify and implement opportunities to automate or simplify existing workflows and reporting processes.
• Support regular HR reporting, ad‑hoc data requests and people‑analytics deliverables.
• Contribute ideas to the People Analytics agenda and champion data‑driven solutions.
• Facilitate knowledge‑sharing sessions to improve data literacy across the organization.

Required profile

• Experience in HR analytics, people reporting or employee surveys.
• Strong attention to detail, ownership of data quality and understanding of confidentiality and data privacy.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage priorities and drive tasks forward independently.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Willingness to embrace AI tools as productivity enhancers.
