Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of sales advisors.
• Recruit, onboard and develop new collaborators.
• Take responsibility for the agency’s commercial results.
• Support advisors in their work with clients.
• Organise meetings, briefings and local activities.
• Represent UNIQA in the region and build the company’s reputation.

Required profile

• Experience in sales or team leadership.
• Responsible, professional and independent approach.
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead people.
• Result‑orientation and focus on high‑quality client service.
• At least secondary education with a graduation certificate.
• Integrity and natural proactivity.
