Learning Program Manager, EU Vendor Education

About the role

We are shaping the future of vendor education across Europe by creating AI‑native learning experiences that are embedded directly into vendor workflows. As the Learning Program Manager you will own the end‑to‑end vendor onboarding and webinar programs, ensure they align with product roadmaps, and make the impact of our education initiatives visible through data‑driven reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Build a deep understanding of vendor challenges, business goals, and product roadmaps to set program priorities.
• Partner with product teams, subject‑matter experts and business partners to define, align and deliver education solutions.
• Own the vendor onboarding and webinar programs from strategy through impact measurement.
• Identify gaps and pain points using data, vendor feedback and business signals, and drive improvements with learning experience designers.
• Establish program KPIs, build dashboards and synthesize impact into clear narratives.
• Maintain a centralized portfolio tracker, monitor project health, flag risks and manage cross‑team dependencies.
• Define how individual learning experience projects connect into a coherent portfolio across topics, channels and vendor journeys.
• Continuously optimize processes, automate where possible and apply an AI‑first mindset.

Required profile

• Strong program‑management experience with a data‑informed approach.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with product, design and business teams.
• Excellent analytical skills to translate metrics into actionable insights.
• Experience designing or managing onboarding and webinar programs for large user bases.
• Comfort with monitoring project health and managing dependencies in a fast‑paced environment.

• Base salary starting at EUR 2,033 gross per month.
