Language Travel Consultant

About the role

As a Language Travel Consultant based in Bratislava, you will guide prospective students through EF Language Abroad’s short‑term and long‑term language programmes. You will act as the first point of contact, helping candidates choose the right destination and ensuring a smooth journey from inquiry to return.

Key responsibilities

• Promote EF’s language study abroad programmes using the internal database and a strategic outreach plan.
• Conduct a high volume of outbound calls and respond to email enquiries, providing personalized advice.
• Represent EF at university fairs and other recruitment events throughout the year.
• Collaborate with local Slovakian teams and global promotion and campus teams to deliver a consistent student experience.
• Achieve individual and team targets through a competitive, positive attitude.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Slovak (reading, writing, speaking).
• Full legal right to work in Slovakia.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive “can‑do” attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Previous experience living, working or studying abroad is a plus.
• Additional language skills are advantageous.
