Junior Data Scientist – Fresh Graduate Friendly

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Data Scientist to join our young, dynamic team. This position is ideal for fresh graduates who want to apply data science techniques to real business challenges and make an impact.

Key responsibilities

• Understand business problems and design analytical approaches to solve them.
• Generate proofs of concept and risk insights from data.
• Prepare and pre‑process structured and unstructured datasets.
• Build and implement predictive models and other analytical solutions.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers to deploy models into production and monitor performance.
• Communicate findings and model implications to business stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (ideal for fresh graduates).
• Strong passion for working with data and deriving business insights.
• Excellent problem‑solving, analytical thinking and communication skills.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Required skills

• Python and basic data‑science packages.
• SQL.
• Azure (advantage).
• Databricks (advantage).
• Basic NLP concepts and large language models (advantage).
