Italian Customer Support Representative (Phone & Email)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Italian‑speaking Customer Support Representative to assist our customers via phone and email. You will be the first point of contact, providing product information, handling orders, returns and marketplace inquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound Italian‑speaking customers by phone (≈90%) and email.
• Advise customers on product portfolio, order status and return processes.
• Edit and forward customer inquiries to the Back Office as first‑level contact.
• Manage consumer marketplace listings and issues on platforms such as eBay and Amazon.
• Document and post‑process all customer interactions.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues.

Required profile

• Secondary school diploma or higher (bachelor’s or master’s degree accepted).
• Fluent Italian (C1) and proficient English or Slovak (C1).
• Open to fresh graduates.
• Strong communication, customer‑oriented attitude and team spirit.
