IT Systems and Security Administrator

About the role

Passionate about IT infrastructure and cybersecurity? Join ASBIS as our IT Systems & Security Administrator. We are looking for a hands‑on IT professional who will maintain and improve the stability, performance, and security of our IT environment while supporting internal users.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain workstations, laptops, mobile devices, printers and other peripherals.
• Administer Windows and Linux servers in physical and virtual environments.
• Manage and configure LAN/WAN, routers, switches and Wi‑Fi solutions.
• Implement core security measures such as patch management, endpoint protection and firewall configuration.
• Manage backup processes, conduct data‑recovery testing and support disaster‑recovery initiatives.
• Collaborate with external vendors and internal IT teams to improve services.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.

Required profile

• Secondary school or university degree in IT or a related field.
• English level B2 (technical terminology required).
• Experience administering IT systems for at least 100 users.
• Proven experience with Windows/Linux/SQL servers, networking and endpoint security.
• Hands‑on experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper‑V) and backup solutions.

• ESET product administration.
