About the role
We are looking for a Customer Service intern to support order monitoring from creation to delivery. The role involves daily use of English, uploading orders, making changes, and collaborating with internal teams.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor order status throughout the entire process, from creation to delivery.
- Upload orders and perform necessary modifications.
- Work with internal systems and generate reports.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues.
- Inform customers about delivery deadlines.
- Use English on a daily basis for communication.
Required profile
- Active knowledge of English (spoken and written).
- Computer proficiency with Excel, Outlook and Internet.
- Strong communication skills.

What we offer
- 20 working hours per week.
