Identity & Access Management Architect

About the role

As an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Architect you will define and drive IAM architecture standards across Clarios' global environment. You will collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, application development and business teams to deliver secure, scalable and compliant identity services that support worldwide operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation and ongoing evolution of enterprise IAM solutions.
• Provide technical leadership for Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, CyberArk, Saviynt and related technologies.
• Define and govern standards for directory services, identity governance, privileged access management, authentication and authorization.
• Oversee directory integrations, trust relationships, federation services and information exchange interfaces.
• Act as a trusted advisor and mentor to development, infrastructure, security and operations teams on IAM best practices.
• Participate in architecture reviews, validation activities and technical evaluations for new initiatives.
• Establish naming conventions, schema designs and configuration standards for identity systems.
• Collaborate with vendors and managed service providers to align roadmaps with strategic goals.
• Develop service metrics, monitoring requirements and reporting mechanisms for IAM services.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and operating enterprise IAM solutions.
• Strong understanding of security, compliance and governance requirements.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in a global, multi‑site environment.
