Healthcare Innovation Manager

About the role

As a Healthcare Innovation Manager at AbbVie, you will lead compliant, high‑impact collaborations with external stakeholders across the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The role focuses on identifying unmet patient needs, shaping differentiated solutions, and delivering measurable improvements in standards of care.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the healthcare innovation agenda for CZ & SK in line with business priorities and patient needs.
• Build a deep understanding of the local healthcare landscape, including pressures and opportunities for HCPs, HICs, RVE managers, pharmacists and other partners.
• Translate unmet needs and market insights into a prioritized portfolio of innovation initiatives with clear objectives, milestones and outcomes.
• Identify, shape and advance win‑win collaborations with external stakeholders to improve patient care.
• Lead the development, governance and execution of stakeholder initiatives focused on raising standards of care.
• Maintain strong alignment with AbbVie’s compliance standards, values and long‑term objectives.
• Anticipate and manage cross‑functional impacts of external changes, informing future business priorities.
• Coordinate cross‑functional alignment with IFTs and Brand Teams on innovation projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading healthcare innovation or partnership programmes in the Czech Republic and/or Slovakia.
• Strong knowledge of the regional healthcare ecosystem and key stakeholder groups.
• Ability to translate market insights into actionable innovation strategies.
• Excellent collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams, including Immunology Business Unit, IFTs and Brand Teams.
• Commitment to compliance with AbbVie Code of Conduct, internal policies and applicable regulations.
