About the role

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support a team, handling administrative tasks and fostering a strong team culture.
• Identify and drive process improvements to optimise work and enhance customer service.
• Collaborate with other managers to standardise shift processes and address operational challenges.

• Ability to work in shift patterns and manage routine team and operational tasks.
• Strong analytical mindset to evaluate performance metrics and suggest improvements.
