Go-to-Market Propositions Lead

About the role

We are seeking a Go-to-Market Propositions Lead to transform our media offerings into market-ready, revenue-generating solutions. The role bridges proposition strategy with commercial execution, ensuring our online and offline media propositions are clearly positioned, packaged, and activated for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement data-driven go-to-market strategies for media solutions, with a focus on in-store digital screens.
• Develop compelling sales narratives, decks and enablement tools that translate complex media packages into simple, actionable offers.
• Collaborate with Digital and Offline Media Proposition Leads, sales teams and cross-functional stakeholders to maximise commercial impact.
• Create case studies, measurement frameworks and performance evaluation tools to support client adoption.
• Lead the commercialisation of media propositions across online, offline and retail channels.

Required profile

• Strong experience in media sales, preferably with integrated media solutions or media packages.
• Background working with or within media agencies and deep understanding of agency planning, buying and evaluation processes.
• In-depth knowledge of retail media, media planning, in-store digital signage and shopper insights.
• Proven track record of developing and executing go-to-market strategies.
• Advanced Czech/Slovak (C1) and English (C1) language skills.
