French-speaking Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated French‑speaking Customer Support Representative to join our team in Bratislava or work remotely from Slovakia. You will be the first point of contact for French‑language customers, handling inbound calls and emails, and providing assistance on our product range, orders and returns.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound phone calls (approximately 90% of interactions) and respond to customer emails in French.
• Advise customers on product information, order status, and returns processes.
• Create and edit customer inquiries for the Back Office and ensure proper documentation.
• Manage consumer marketplace accounts such as eBay and Amazon, handling listings and customer queries.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues and improve service quality.

Required profile

• Fluent French (C1 level) and strong proficiency in English or Slovak (C1 level).
• Secondary education minimum; university degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑oriented attitude.
• Self‑motivated, team‑player and able to negotiate solutions.
• Open to fresh graduates.

Required skills

• Ability to document and process customer inquiries accurately.
