Freelance Web Designer

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled freelance Web Designer to create high‑quality, conversion‑focused web pages for the Tendem project. This part‑time remote role is ideal for creative professionals with hands‑on experience in UI design, marketing pages, and digital visual communications.

Key responsibilities

• Design high‑converting one‑pagers, pitch‑style landing pages, and simple marketing sites from copy, outlines, or drafts.
• Translate brand assets and social media visuals into responsive web layouts and reusable components.
• Prepare and package production‑ready files, organizing Figma frames, exporting assets, and detailing specifications for developers or no‑code tools.
• Ensure visual consistency across interactive pages, static PDFs, and social materials.
• Verify layout quality, responsiveness, spacing, and adherence to modern web trends before delivery.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in web design, UI design, or digital marketing design.
• Strong portfolio focused on landing pages, marketing websites, or product one‑pagers demonstrating clear hierarchy and typography.
• Ability to work independently from rough prompts, AI‑generated drafts, or existing brand systems.

Required skills

• Figma – deep proficiency in creating scalable, responsive web layouts, auto‑layout components, and design systems.
