Finance Master Data Specialist (m/f/d)

About the role

LEONI, a global provider of products, solutions and services for power distribution and connectivity in the automotive industry, is looking for a Finance Master Data Specialist in Dubnica nad Váhom. The role helps ensure reliable and controlled operation of Finance-related systems, focusing on master data, user access and key user support, working closely with IT and internal Finance stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor systems and processes supporting master data management, ensuring accurate and consistent handling of data.
• Manage and support user access for Finance systems in line with defined processes.
• Provide key user support for Finance systems, including R3, HANA, X-Flow, Robots, FORS and SIGIP.
• Act as a central contact between IT and internal customers, clarifying requirements and resolving system or process issues.
• Lead and support projects, coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver training for users and stakeholders.
• Design, maintain and control global work instructions to standardise processes.

Required profile

• Education in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Information Systems or a related field.
• Experience in Finance systems, master data management, user access management or key user support.
• Good understanding of business processes and system-supported workflows, ideally in a Finance environment.
• Ability to work with process documentation, instructions and structured data with high accuracy.
• Confidence in communicating with IT teams, business users and stakeholders.
• English at minimum B2 level.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP or other business applications; familiarity with SAP-related systems is an advantage.
• Good MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Project coordination, process improvement or user training experience is an advantage.
