Europe & META ISG Commercial Leader

About the role

Lenovo is seeking a senior commercial leader to drive its Europe & META ISG business. The role oversees business, product, pricing, operations and strategy across the region, ensuring profitable growth and alignment with Lenovo’s global vision.

Key responsibilities

• Set and execute the GEO quarterly fiscal plan, focusing on the 4Ps (product, price, place, promotion).
• Lead product and solution sales campaigns across Europe and META markets.
• Oversee profit‑and‑loss for each country, managing commercial margin structures per segment.
• Drive demand planning, product lifecycle management and portfolio strategy.
• Act as product ambassador, energising sales teams, channel partners and marketing.
• Lead a diverse, multi‑country team, removing roadblocks and fostering high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with finance, operations, marketing and channel organisations.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in business administration, operations management or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in the GEO market, with at least 15 years in sales, sales management or marketing.
• Proven ability to lead large, matrixed organisations and simplify complex challenges.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate strategy to senior stakeholders.
