Employer Brand Manager (fixed-term)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Employer Brand Manager on a fixed‑term contract to drive Tesco Central Europe’s employer brand strategy. You will adapt global campaigns for Slovakia, Hungary and the Czech Republic, showcasing authentic colleague stories to attract, engage and retain diverse talent across our head office, business services and stores.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery of the Central Europe employer brand strategy aligned with the Group EVP and People strategy.
• Localise and activate global employer brand campaigns, ensuring cultural relevance in each market.
• Plan and execute integrated recruitment marketing campaigns for stores, offices and business services.
• Own the social and content strategy on LinkedIn, Facebook and careers platforms, including colleague storytelling.
• Manage career‑site content (e.g., Strapi, WordPress) and oversee local photo/video production and translation.
• Coordinate with the employer brand agency, handling briefings, delivery, performance tracking and capacity planning.
• Control the employer brand budget, including forecasting, allocation and purchase‑order management.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships with People, Talent Acquisition and Communications teams.
• Establish processes to ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity.
• Plan recruitment events, early‑career campaigns and market activations, measuring performance and optimising based on data and trends.

Required profile

• University degree.
• 4‑5 years of professional experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing or related fields.
• Strong understanding of campaign planning, social strategy and content storytelling.
• Experience working with creative agencies.
