EMEA Marketing Operations Specialist

About the role

Join Lenovo’s EMEA Marketing Operations team as an EMEA Marketing Operations Specialist on a fixed‑term maternity cover contract. Reporting to the EMEA Marketing Operations Director, you will support marketing planning, budget management, operational processes, and cross‑functional coordination across Europe and the META region.

Key responsibilities

• Support local and EMEA marketing teams throughout quarterly and annual planning cycles.
• Manage quarterly marketing activities, including budget tracking, fund utilization, and approval processes with internal and external partners.
• Maintain marketing operations calendars, templates, tools, and documentation.
• Participate in regional market meetings and provide operational support to stakeholders.
• Coordinate project priorities and budget requirements to ensure timely delivery.
• Review marketing documentation for policy alignment and partner compliance.
• Accurately maintain planning, activity, and budget information in internal systems and reporting tools.
• Build effective relationships with diverse market stakeholders and drive process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in marketing operations, business operations, or marketing support.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data.
