Key responsibilities

• Provide basic technical support to customers and partners via phone and email.
• Handle incoming inquiries while maintaining expected quality and volume.
• Troubleshoot and resolve straightforward issues.
• Escalate more complex problems to the appropriate specialist teams.
• Collaborate with higher‑level support teams to ensure seamless service.

Required profile

• High school or university degree.
• Previous experience in customer support is a plus.
• Good spoken and written English (minimum B2 level).
• Proficiency in Slovak.
• Active Windows OS user with a focus on meeting goals.
• Professional tone of voice and willingness to learn.
• Ownership and responsibility for assigned tasks.
