Customer Support Representative – Spanish (Bratislava/Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Spanish‑speaking Customer Support Representative to join our team in Bratislava or work remotely from Slovakia. You will be the first point of contact for Spanish‑speaking customers, handling inbound calls and emails, and providing assistance on product inquiries, orders, and returns.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound phone calls (approximately 90% of interactions) and respond to customer emails in Spanish.
• Provide product information, guide customers through the ordering and returns process, and resolve issues efficiently.
• Edit and forward complex inquiries to the Back Office for further handling.
• Manage consumer marketplace listings on platforms such as eBay and Amazon.
• Document all customer interactions and ensure proper post‑processing.
• Collaborate with internal departments to deliver seamless service.

Required profile

• Secondary school leaving examination or higher education (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree).
• Fluent Spanish (C1 level) and strong proficiency in English or Slovak (C1 level).
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑oriented attitude.
• Self‑motivated, team player, and able to negotiate solutions.
