Customer Service Agent – Italian Language

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Customer Service Agent who will handle enquiries, process orders and support the sales‑to‑payment cycle for our customers. The role is focused on delivering high‑quality service in both Italian and English while coordinating with sales, logistics and finance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incoming customer enquiries, create sales orders from quotes or contracts and ensure accurate invoicing.
• Register and maintain customer data, purchase orders and supplier information in the system.
• Coordinate with sales representatives on pricing, agreements and Incoterms, acting as the primary point of contact for customers.
• Negotiate delivery dates with factories, arrange shipping instructions and hand over packing lists to the Logistics Specialist.
• Perform financial follow‑up, including debt collection, monitoring overdue balances and communicating settlement dates to finance.
• Process warranty claims, register warranty information and guide customers through the claim process.
• Provide internal support to other departments and cover for teammates during absences or high workload periods.

Required profile

• High school diploma or higher.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Detail‑oriented, customer‑focused and able to work well in a team.

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
