Customer Care Specialist (Danish) – Junior/Medior

About the role

ESET is seeking a motivated Customer Care Specialist who is fluent in Danish and comfortable communicating in English. You will join the technical support team to assist customers using ESET products, handling both sales‑related queries and basic technical issues.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line sales and technical support via phone and email.
• Manage incoming requests while maintaining quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic customer problems.
• Escalate more complex issues to higher‑level support teams.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Required profile

• Fluent Danish (C1‑C2) and good English (minimum B2).
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Goal‑oriented mindset with a professional tone of voice.
• Willingness to learn, adapt and take ownership of tasks.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with some customer‑support experience are welcome.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Windows operating system.
