CPM Specialist – Warehouse Operations & Inventory Management

About the role

Join Mondelēz International as a CPM Specialist and take ownership of warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and compliance. You will work closely with internal teams and third‑party logistics providers to ensure efficient, safe, and cost‑effective handling of our snack products.

Key responsibilities

• Review and reconcile stock discrepancies between SAP and the warehouse management system.
• Monitor capacity utilization, KPIs and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Coordinate with service providers to guarantee on‑time, complete deliveries while adhering to quality and HACCP standards.
• Oversee inbound, outbound, co‑packing, warehousing and distribution activities, focusing on shelf‑life management and waste reduction.
• Support continuous‑improvement projects, tenders and peak‑period planning.
• Prepare full‑cost analyses, budgets, risk assessments and identify opportunities.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with experience in logistics, procurement or supply‑chain functions.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel.
• Good knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP R3.
