Contract Administrator (Dutch & French)

About the role

We are looking for a Contract Administrator who is fluent in Dutch, French and English to join Siemens Healthineers. In this position you will support contract creation, maintenance and invoicing, ensuring compliance and accurate billing across our global operations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor the full contract lifecycle – from creation to maintenance and invoicing.
• Review newly concluded contracts for compliance with internal standards and enter them into the ERP system.
• Align contract billing status with actual delivery and manage the invoicing process.
• Participate in international projects such as Digital Transformation initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting.
• Strong initiative, reliability and teamwork orientation.
• Ability to evaluate and analyse large data sets.
• Fluent in English, French and Dutch.

Required skills

• Practical knowledge of IFRS 15 and IFRS 16.
• Experience with SAP modules SD, CO, FI and RAR.
• Advanced Excel and MS‑Office proficiency.
• Basic logistics knowledge and big‑data analysis capabilities.
