Compliance Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Compliance Specialist to provide legal and compliance support to companies within the MSM GROUP and to help shape the group‑wide compliance framework. The role offers a chance to work on GDPR, AML, ESG, NIS2, AI Act, whistle‑blower protection and anti‑corruption matters while seeing the direct impact of your work on the business.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor legislative changes and assess their impact on MSM GROUP companies.
• Provide legal and compliance advice to internal departments.
• Evaluate internal policies, processes and procedures for compliance with current laws.
• Draft and update internal guidelines, legal opinions and related documentation.
• Implement new regulatory requirements into daily practice.
• Support audits, controls and internal investigations.
• Handle compliance‑related incidents and whistle‑blower reports.
• Deliver training sessions for employees on compliance topics.

Required profile

• University degree (preferably in law) – second cycle.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in law, compliance or GDPR.
• Good knowledge of GDPR and basic understanding of AML, ESG, NIS2, AI Act and whistle‑blower protection.
• English proficiency at B2 level.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office.
• Analytical mindset, high accuracy, discretion and strong communication skills.
