Branch Manager - Business Growth & Certification Services

About the role

TÜV Rheinland is seeking a dynamic Branch Manager to lead its Business Growth & Certification Services unit in Bratislava. You will head a team of experienced auditors, drive market expansion across Slovakia and shape the future of industrial certification and inspection services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a business growth strategy for technical certification and inspection services.
• Identify new market opportunities in materials testing, elevator certification, PED, and energy‑related services.
• Lead tendering, proposal preparation and client relationship management to secure new contracts.
• Increase branch headcount and build a high‑performing team of auditors.
• Provide technical and operational leadership, ensuring high‑quality execution of audits and certifications.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in an industrial or certification environment.
• Strong technical background, preferably in mechanical engineering or related fields.
• Demonstrated ability to grow a business, develop new services and manage client relationships.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Slovak language proficiency is a plus.
