Back Office Coordinator (English & German)

About the role

Join a multinational team of over 60 Business Coordinators supporting client managers in the reinsurance business. As a Back Office Coordinator you will manage a portfolio of contracts, gather and analyse data, and act as the main liaison for client‑facing underwriters and account managers.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Client Underwriters and Key Account Managers.
• Manage your own portfolio, including contract administration, data collection, analysis and reporting.
• Coordinate tasks across Technical Accounting, Claims, Underwriting, Contracts and other cross‑functional teams.
• Prepare presentations for client visits, events and conferences.
• Participate in projects and initiatives as required.

Required profile

• Reliable, self‑driven and open‑minded team player with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and prioritisation skills.
• Customer‑focused with a service orientation.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Graduates are welcome; prior experience in administration or insurance/reinsurance is a plus.
