Senior Inside Sales Support Representative – Europe & META (Russian)

About the role

Lenovo is looking for a proactive, results‑driven professional to join its high‑performing Sales Support Team. In this senior inside sales support position you will work with sales teams, Lenovo Business Partners and internal stakeholders across a dedicated EMEA region, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with assigned sales representatives to process quote renewals, align quantities and prices, and manage approvals.
• Onboard new tools and define process efficiencies to increase sales‑facing time.
• Manage contract creation, validation and maintenance.
• Coordinate with functional teams such as pricing, logistics, finance and product management.
• Serve as the single point of contact for selected business partners and end customers on pre‑ and post‑sales queries.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar inside sales support role.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Fluent Russian (spoken and written).
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and other software packages.
