Sales Director – Eastern Europe (Flexible Location)

About the role

Dormer Pramet is seeking a dynamic Sales Director to lead its Eastern Europe sales area, covering the Czech Republic, Germany, Poland, Slovakia, Ukraine and selected export markets. You will set the strategic direction for regional sales, align activities with global targets, and drive growth through innovative, digital‑focused initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the regional sales strategy in line with global objectives and marketing plans.
• Maintain a strong brand portfolio and product mix tailored to local market needs.
• Gather market insights, refine business plans, and improve profitability and efficiency.
• Lead and inspire a sales organization of approximately 60 people, promoting company culture and values.
• Foster cross‑functional collaboration and share best practices across the region.
• Build and sustain relationships with key customers, partners and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in technical product sales and customer interfacing within a global environment.
• Proven leadership of large, multi‑country sales teams.
• Relevant degree in Sales, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
• Understanding of the industry, product range and company culture.
