Market Industrial Services Compliance and Manufacturing Sustainability Lead

About the role

The Market Industrial Services Compliance and Manufacturing Sustainability Lead will support factories across Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary and the Baltics. The role focuses on engineering functional compliance, energy strategy and sustainability initiatives in line with Nestlé standards and local legislation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide assessments and support for factories on Engineering Functional Compliance Assessments for industrial services.
• Define Net Zero Carbon Emission energy strategy and architecture for the market, aligned with category and factories.
• Monitor energy and water consumption, report results and investigate deviations from standards.
• Maintain and update the saving projects list in SHE‑PM.
• Create, check and update mappings and distribution drawings of industrial services (steam, water, compressed air, etc.).
• Share knowledge and best practices with engineering teams in PL, CZ/SK, HU factories.
• Travel to factories for on‑site support and audits.
• Ensure implementation of low‑carbon solutions and other energy‑water projects.
• Track legislative changes and Nestlé requirements, supervise environmental reporting, and organize ISO 14001 and internal audits.

Required profile

• Passionate about developing and maintaining engineering expertise through proper programs.
• Committed to zero tolerance for unsafe situations related to product quality, people, environment safety and change management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building lasting relationships.
• Experience in energy conversion and plant efficiency calculations.
• Proven project management experience and successful project implementation.
• Full proficiency in written and spoken English.
