Communication Manager

About the role

Innovatrics is looking for a Communication Manager to shape its external voice and amplify its leadership in the biometrics industry. Working in a hybrid setting, you will turn internal expertise into compelling narratives, train speakers, and build strategic media partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an external communication plan across LinkedIn, newsletters, PR, and media appearances.
• Manage relationships with key industry media in biometrics and adjacent sectors such as fintech, including editorial calendars and pitching.
• Ensure messaging is accurate, consistent, and unmistakably aligned with Innovatrics’ brand.
• Transform expert interviews into full distribution packages—videos, posts, talking points, newsletter angles, and PR‑ready hooks.
• Collaborate with Solution Marketing Managers, the Event Marketing Manager, and the Content team to synchronize themes, product launches, and campaigns.
• Lead global PR initiatives while coordinating with the local PR contractor to maintain alignment and momentum.
• Identify opportunities to improve distribution cadence and content consistency across existing channels.

Required profile

• Proven experience in external communications, media relations, or corporate PR.
• Strong storytelling ability and comfort interviewing technical experts.
• Capacity to train and coach internal speakers for conferences, webinars, and public talks.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with marketing, product, and event teams.
• Interest in biometric technologies and the broader identity‑trust ecosystem.
