Workplace Support Intern (part-time)

About the role

Join Accenture's Workplace Solutions team as a part‑time Workplace Support Intern. You will assist with facility and office services, ensuring a safe and well‑maintained environment for employees.

Key responsibilities

• Perform regular floor walks, monitor premises, furniture, fittings and systems, and address minor repairs.
• Resolve basic maintenance issues, reset automatic doors and coordinate larger repairs with contractors.
• Support asset management through physical checks, inventory control and storage organization.
• Set up meeting rooms and move basic furniture as needed.
• Handle facility and security requests logged via the Workplace helpdesk.
• Update access rights, create access cards and manage weekend/non‑stop access lists in the electronic control system.
• Conduct regular checks of security cameras and maintain the online Health & Safety training database.
• Utilize company tools such as EAM, Ariba, ServiceNow, ACS, CCTV and the H&S e‑learning platform.

Required profile

• Active university student, preferably with some customer service or office administration experience.
• Native Slovak (C2) and advanced English (B2+).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail and a professional appearance.
• Ability to work on‑site in Bratislava about 20 hours per week.
