Strategy Manager – Corporate Development

About the role

We are looking for a Strategy Manager to lead the Corporate Development function’s strategy infrastructure, overseeing long‑term planning, financial modelling and board‑level materials.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the annual strategy cycle end‑to‑end, including timeline, templates, business unit inputs, strategic assessments and synthesis, and co‑author the Group strategy narrative for senior leadership.
• Build and maintain a 3‑5 year multi‑scenario profit‑and‑loss model, updating it annually and after material strategic events.
• Draft board and senior leadership materials, ensuring consistent structure and narrative continuity across cycles.
• Produce live market intelligence battle cards for focus markets and competitive landscapes in collaboration with the market intelligence function.
• Provide analytical and narrative support for corporate development workstreams such as M&A, partnerships and build‑partner‑buy assessments, linking market sizing to long‑range models.
• Manage the corporate performance rhythm, delivering quarterly strategic review packs, board‑visible scorecards and early execution flags.

Required profile

• Experience in a top‑tier strategy consulting firm (MBB, Big 4 Strategy or equivalent boutique) followed by an internal strategy role.
• Proven ability to build and own multi‑scenario long‑range financial models.
• Strong board‑level writing skills with structured, evidence‑based arguments.
• Track record of operating independently with senior stakeholders.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Bonus: experience in travel technology, OKR frameworks, Polish language, or exposure to M&A strategic rationale.
