Solution Delivery Expert - e-compliance

About the role

Mondelēz International is looking for a Solution Delivery Expert in e-compliance (e-invoicing, e-delivery, e-reporting) covering OTC and RTR specifics, based in Bratislava. The person leads the end-to-end project delivery cycle from a technical/systems perspective, from scope definition through build, delivery and deployment, and supports post-go-live requests and tickets with the support delivery organisation (Accenture).

Key responsibilities

• Keep project activities on track and within cost so that benefits are realised.
• Drive the use of existing processes and systems.
• Partner with business stakeholders to turn business requirements into technical requirements and designs.
• Act as an application functional role in the project team, covering blueprint, build, testing, implementation, user training and post-go-live support.
• Ensure adherence to the Toll Gate Methodology and global release processes.
• Implement new solutions according to the architecture designed by GSO, enterprise and solution architects, keeping them cost optimised and easy to maintain.
• Support non-discretionary projects using an external partner strategy.
• Provide project planning and estimates for pilots and commercialised solutions.
• Promote adoption of global harmonised processes and ways of working.

Required profile

• Experience in Record to Report and Order to Cash processes.
• Understanding of the Toll Gate Methodology; project and program management knowledge (internal processes can be taught).
• Good knowledge of sales and distribution processes in fast-moving retail and related technology solutions.
• Vendor management experience.
• Good understanding of RTR/OTC tools, architecture and features.
• Advanced English, oral and written.
• Valid only for Slovakia; no relocation support available.
