SMB Sales Manager – Retail Network

About the role

The SMB Sales Manager for the iSTYLE retail network in Slovakia will build, develop and manage the Small and Medium Business segment across stores. The role bridges retail operations and business development, ensuring SMB opportunities are identified, captured and turned into measurable revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement a scalable SMB sales approach across the retail network.
• Drive growth of SMB revenue and customer base through new and existing business opportunities.
• Collaborate with store managers and retail teams to generate and qualify SMB leads.
• Maintain full visibility of the SMB pipeline, customer portfolio and business development activities.
• Prepare commercial offers, quotations and tailored solutions for SMB customers.
• Monitor sales performance, pipeline quality and conversion rates across stores.
• Develop accurate sales forecasts, performance updates and market development reports.
• Lead, coach and develop SMB sales representatives or designated owners within the network.

Required profile

• Proven experience in SMB sales and business development, preferably within a retail environment.
• Strong ability to work cross‑functionally with store teams and senior management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with SMB customers.
• Results‑oriented mindset with a track record of meeting sales targets.
