Skilled Writer – Cybersecurity Research and Threat Intelligence

About the role

ESET is looking for a highly skilled writer to join its global Security Research Publication and Awareness team. You will create and edit cybersecurity research publications, with a focus on AI‑related threats, trends, and technologies, and help deliver clear, engaging content for both technical and non‑technical audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with ESET’s AI and Threat Research teams to translate research findings into publishable articles.
• Ghostwrite or edit cybersecurity research papers, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
• Produce IT security awareness material tailored to diverse readerships.
• Support the creation of Threat Intelligence reports for paying customers, including editing and summarising technical digests.

Required profile

• Native‑like proficiency in English with exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.
• Strong analytical skills and the capacity to simplify complex technical information.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high‑quality outputs.
• Background or experience in cybersecurity or a related field is a significant plus.
