Site Manager – Slovakia

About the role

Euro Pool Group is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the operations of its logistics and service centre in Slovakia. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient resource utilization, meeting performance targets, and driving continuous improvement across the site.

Key responsibilities

• Overall management of logistics and service centre operations.
• Achieve operational goals, KPIs, and budget targets.
• Lead, motivate and develop a team of employees.
• Organise and coordinate daily operational activities.
• Ensure efficient functioning of warehouse and logistics processes.
• Oversee technical condition of equipment and facilities.
• Collaborate with customers and ensure SLA compliance.
• Identify and implement efficiency improvements and cost‑reduction initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with health & safety regulations, quality standards and internal policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in operations management, team leadership and process optimisation.
• Strong ability to motivate and develop staff.
• Excellent organisational and coordination skills.
• Customer‑focused mindset with experience managing service level agreements.
• Commitment to health, safety and quality compliance.
