Senior Sales Manager, Stores

About the role

As a Senior Sales Manager for Bolt Food’s Stores vertical, you will lead the acquisition of major grocery and retail chains across Europe and Africa. You will work in a fast‑growing, high‑ownership team that combines startup speed with the resources of a large mobility platform.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full outbound sales cycle – from prospecting to closing deals with large store chains.
• Develop and execute business development plans for each target, outlining outreach, meetings and timelines.
• Create compelling proposals for C‑suite stakeholders and negotiate complex, high‑value agreements.
• Apply solution‑selling methodologies (Challenger, SPIN, SNAP) to uncover unmet needs and build consensus.
• Contribute to the design and optimisation of sales strategies, processes and metrics.

Required profile

• Proven experience in strategic sales or business development within the retail or grocery sector.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence senior decision‑makers.
• Comfort operating in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment with high impact.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building capabilities.
