Senior Clinical Trial Coordinator (EMEA)

About the role

Join a leading global CRO supporting top pharmaceutical and biotech companies across more than 100 countries. As a Senior Clinical Trial Coordinator you will provide both administrative and technical support to project teams, act as a cross‑functional liaison, and may lead study activities within the EMEA region.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee assigned trial activities, ensuring tasks are completed on time, within budget, and to high‑quality standards.
• Maintain and update study documentation, including electronic Trial Master Files (eTMF) and investigator site files.
• Provide system support for GoBalto, eTMF, and Risk‑Based Monitoring (RBM) tools.
• Facilitate onboarding, training, and mentorship of new staff members.
• Manage meeting logistics, minutes, and communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Track regulatory documents, system access, and vendor information.
• Assist with translation QC, study supply distribution, and resolution of documentation findings.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent with relevant vocational qualification.
• Proven experience in clinical trial coordination, preferably at a senior level.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills and proactive risk identification.

Required skills

• Proficiency with GoBalto platform.
• Experience using electronic Trial Master File (eTMF) systems.
• Knowledge of Risk‑Based Monitoring (RBM) processes.
