Security Coordinator – Retail Security & Compliance

About the role

As a Security Coordinator you will ensure that our retail stores across Slovakia adhere to security, safety and compliance standards. You will work hands‑on with store and area teams, driving audits, action plans and investigations to protect assets and strengthen a security‑focused culture.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and monitor security compliance programs across 29 stores.
• Plan and conduct store audits in line with Green Security Standards.
• Drive security requirements and action plans with store and area teams, ensuring timely follow‑up.
• Support store managers in meeting audit expectations and communicate required actions.
• Report audit results, deviations and follow‑ups using company tools.
• Act as an ambassador for security standards and promote training initiatives.
• Provide operational support during Yearly Stock Take, including preparation, store visits and troubleshooting.
• Assist with inventory accuracy and loss‑prevention initiatives.
• Support investigations related to fraud and compliance incidents.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in security operations, compliance, retail security or similar.
• Understanding of store operations, security standards and compliance programs.
• Experience supporting audits, monitoring requirements and following up action plans.
• Familiarity with inventory processes, especially Yearly Stock Take.
• Experience with investigations, fraud cases and incident reporting.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Native or fluent Slovak with excellent communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, structured and reliable in execution.
• Comfortable working hands‑on in stores and interacting with frontline teams.
