Processing Agent – French Language (F/M)

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Processing Agent who is fluent in French and English to support KONE branches worldwide. You will work closely with international colleagues to administratively manage the entire business process, from contract creation to billing, ensuring high‑quality service for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Create customer accounts and respond to internal requests.
• Administer and modify contracts using SAP.
• Manage master data and analyse potential errors in Microsoft Excel.
• Support the billing and invoicing process to guarantee end‑to‑end accuracy.
• Provide back‑reporting and conduct quality checks.
• Participate in meetings, calls and collaborative teamwork.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
• Ability to engage with diverse audiences across all organisational levels.
• Attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward process improvement.
