Motion & Graphic Designer

About the role

We are seeking a creative and versatile Motion & Graphic Designer to join our in‑house design team. You will produce high‑quality visual content for both digital and offline channels, blending static graphics, motion design, video editing, and AI‑driven video production.

Key responsibilities

• Create motion graphics and animate static visual assets.
• Edit and post‑produce product, marketing and social‑media videos.
• Generate product and marketing videos using modern AI tools.
• Design short‑form video creatives for social media and digital campaigns.
• Produce static PPC/display banners and adapt them for various formats.
• Develop visual assets for websites, CRM, and email campaigns.
• Adapt campaign key visuals across digital and offline media.
• Support HR and employer branding with hiring posts and internal communication materials.
• Design posters, print materials, and office branding assets.
• Collaborate closely with internal design and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.

Required profile

• Background in both graphic design and motion design.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to work within established brand guidelines and adapt concepts across multiple channels.
• Creative, independent, detail‑oriented mindset.
• Experience in product/e‑commerce design, performance‑marketing assets, or office branding is a plus.

Required skills

• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe After Effects
• Video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve
• Hands‑on experience with AI image and video generation tools
• Figma (optional but beneficial)
