Marketing Communication Team Leader / Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Communication Team Leader / Manager to drive the brand and marketing communication strategy for the Slovnaft brand in the Slovak market. Based in Bratislava, you will work closely with the broader MOL Group marketing community to align local initiatives with group‑level priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute end‑to‑end brand and marketing communication strategies that support business performance and long‑term brand value.
• Lead, inspire and develop a high‑performing marketing communication team, setting clear direction and high standards.
• Translate business objectives into insight‑driven campaigns across the full brand and product portfolio.
• Manage and challenge creative, ATL, research and production agencies to deliver measurable results.
• Own marketing communication budgets, ensuring efficient investment and maximum return.
• Act as a strategic partner to company management and Group Marketing in shaping communication priorities.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Marketing, Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in marketing communication.
• Proven leadership and team‑management experience.
• Strong communication, organizational and analytical skills with a results‑oriented mindset.
• Experience in crisis communication and managing complex stakeholder environments.
• Excellent Slovak (native) and proficient English language skills.
